NALCO Graduate Engineer Trainee Vacancy 2026 

NALCO has invited online applications for 110 Graduate Engineer Trainee posts in various disciplines as follows: 

• Mechanical Engineering: 59 Posts

• Electrical Engineering: 27 Posts

• Chemical Engineering: 24 Posts

NALCO GET Eligibility Criteria 2026 

Educational Qualification 

Candidates should have completed Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized University/Institute in the following disciplines:

• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering / Power Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Chemical Engineering

OR

• Candidates having M.Tech in the above relevant disciplines are also eligible.

Additionally, applicants must have a valid GATE-2025 Scorecard. The GATE score will be used to shortlist candidates for the personal interview stage. 

Age Limit (as on 22.01.2026)

Maximum Age: 30 years 

Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India rules:

• OBC (NCL): 3 years 

• SC/ST: 5 years 

• PwD: 10 years (additional relaxation for reserved categories) 

NALCO Recruitment Selection Process 2026 

The selection process for NALCO GET Recruitment 2026 will be based entirely on GATE-2025 scores and interview performance.

• No written examination will be conducted. 

• Candidates will be shortlisted discipline-wise based on their GATE-2025 marks.

NALCO GET Salary 2026 

Selected candidates will be placed in the E1 Grade during the training period. They will receive a monthly salary in the pay scale of ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000/- along with other allowances and benefits as per company rules. After successful completion of the training period, candidates will be absorbed as Assistant Manager in E1 grade.
